Position: Telephone Sales/Customer Service Representative (Full time)

Location: Redwood City

Brief Overview: We're a small internet based telephone headset retailer looking for an inside sales/customer service representative

Starting Salary: hourly ($18-$22) + commissions + medical benefits.

Responsibilities: The Customer Service/Sales Specialist is responsible for inbound phone calls, taking orders, providing product information, shipping inquiries, process returns, resolving various customer service related issues and questions. No cold calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be computer, Internet and tech Savvy (we're an internet based company, selling electronic products)
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
  • Must have basic knowledge of office telephones and consumer electronics.
  • Are willing, able and ready to learn our products (we have over 500)
  • Courteous, helpful, and poised phone manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have Accurate and timely data entry skills
  • Calm demeanor under pressure
  • Proactive and highly organized--Attention to detail is a must!
  • BA, BS, degree a plus
