Administrative Assistant to an owner of multiple businesses in the inland empire.

Telecommuting is an option as a portion of the work can be done remotely.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Money handling, including trips to the bank
-Purchasing/Picking up and dropping off items/supplies
-Finding vendors
-Scheduling meetings/appointments
-Checking paperwork
-Running payroll
-Scanning and Organizing documents
-Paying Bills
-Entering business transactions into software
-Creating flyers, memos
-Personal errands
-And more

Preferred skills:
-Cost conscious
-Conversational Spanish
-Experience as an Executive Assistant
-High comfort level with Microsoft office
-Great interpersonal skills
-Familiarity with Sage Accounting software
-Great time management skills

Part time position, flexible work hours.
