The demand for Loan Signing Agents (LSA)/Notaries for Real Estate Transactions have boomed! With the mortgage rate drops due to COVID, there is a high demand as people are constantly refinancing their homes and buying/selling as well. The unemployment rates continue to be high, and this is a great opportunity to not only find work in a booming sector, but to learn about building your business from the ground up. Many have realized during this pandemic, that the stability that they thought they had from an 8-5, really doesn’t exist, and now want the ability to have a much greater control of their time, effort and future!
Who am I? I am a successful Loan Signing Agent (LSA) in Las Vegas. (As of 10/31, I have made over $110000, and will show prospective candidates my interview when I broke $100,000... I am absolutely a real person LOL). Upon my success, I started a test-run training program for people interested in becoming an LSA. I trained 4 students (3 have actually worked, 1 has been unable) who had never worked as a LSA in August. In their first full month of signing (October), they've combined for roughly $10000 in a business they built from scratch. After seeing the success of my test run and knowing the demand is much higher in CA, I am looking to expand my program to CA and replicate my Las Vegas success.
WHO THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR: THOSE WITH EXTENSIVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
THOSE WHO HAVE DONE PREVIOUS LOAN SIGNING (Feel you would not get the maximum out of the program, as you are already so knowledgeable about the business, would feel that you would be too advanced for the program).
SOMEONE WHO HAS FUNDS THEY ARE WILLING TO ALLOCATE TOWARDS BECOMING A LOAN SIGNING AGENT (we use this more as an opportunity to help those who don’t have funds to invest or those that do not want to have to risk to invest in their business)
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR:
Someone looking to change careers, looking to switch from an employee state of mind and wants to make their own way/
Someone passionate about real estate or entrepreneurship
Someone who may not be able to invest the needed funds into their business or someone who is unwilling to risk their hard earned funds to start this endeavor.
Looking for 2-5 (have a few spots filled, these are last ones for 2020) driven individuals that have a great deal of interest in real estate and entrepreneurship and would like to become a Loan Signing Agent. Under the company guidance and training, you would have the opportunity to become a Loan Signing Agent and be able to have your own business and make your own schedule.
Qualifications: Resident in the State of California (and who is able to obtain or has a notary commission).
No felonies (as you will be unable to obtain a notary) and must be 18.
Education Background: The great thing about this industry is no degree is required, you can be a rocket scientist or not have graduated high school, but note there is a large amount of studying that is done to understand the documents and processes of a signing.
Looking to start interviewing as soon as possible. With this, it is expected to get a large number of applicants, and in theory can accept anyone, but I believe more than educational background, or experience, in someone that has an impeccable work ethic and will be a pleasure to work with. I have made people with all different backgrounds LSA, I am looking to form a business relationship with the trainees, so attitude and work ethic are the two key attributes, as this industry is all customer service, the right attitude can take you everywhere!
Not Required but being Bilingual and/or having a notary commission already, will definitely be a nice advantage, but as stated not at all required.
Brief Description of the Program: Once accepted, we provide the course and all the materials needed to become an agent. We pay for all materials, the course (NOTE: THE COURSE IS NOT OUR COURSE, WE JUST PROVIDE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR YOU TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND ACCESS TO THE COURSE), fees needed to become a notary out of our pocket, so you don't need a dime, you just need a work ethic (and internet to study). The course itself is not difficult to go through, but once that is completed, I work hands on with you to really expand and not just pass the course, but fully understand the concept of a loan signing, and help you to understand the most important steps. As we are remote, we will conference in and have meetings, and watch mock signings to see where you are doing well and where improvements can be made. As you are improving your skills, learning how to market yourself and working to get all your needed licenses, I will be reaching out to my large list of contacts and giving your name and credentials. My contacts and connections know about my training program and are excited and have a high demand for notaries, so when we both feel you are ready to start working, you are connected with the goal of starting to get signings to launch your business. The above process takes about a month to 45 days depending on how much you work (could be more or less depending on your pace). Once you start, we will focus in on marketing and how to increase your experience and clientele as the more experience you get, the better you can market and the more you can demand, and we will continue to be hands on with you all through the process (although our goal is to make you better than me so you won't need my mentoring after a while).
Compensation: You will be paid by the companies you work for after the closing complete and as you go through the training, we will explain this several times in detail about how payment in this industry works, as this is important to understand, as to why certain payments take a certain amount of time. My company does not pay you anything, you are not an employee, nor an independent contractor of my company, you are going through my training to start your own business.
Payment: For my work, what we do is after we pay for all the expenses and take the time to fast track you to all our clients to expedite your work, we give you about 4-5 to let you get your business up and running so that will allow you to start receiving payments for your work. After the 4-5, we collect a monthly fee for a term limit that you would pay to us the first of every month (this will also be explained in great detail during the interview). We do not believe in taking money upfront and providing a half-effort training, we are investing in you! This is why we handle the costs first to prove to you, we believe in you and want to see you succeed. We look to prove that after all the hard work we both put in, the money paid to us will be beyond worth it!
We are open to all applicants that qualify, but following instructions in this industry is beyond crucial as it can disrupt a transaction costing a lot of money, so please make sure you follow instructions otherwise we will not consider you:
