Executive Assistant To The Company President

Monreal Holdings is a growing firm with interests in real estate, technology, hospitality, property management, fashion, eCommerce, and consulting. This role would be for a position working directly with Founder, Sam Monreal

Responsibilities include
Within the Austin area travel, transporting Sam to and from meetings and appointments, professional and personal tasks and daily management, shipping and receiving or merchandise
Writing and editing e-mails,
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing travel when necessary
Interacting with clients, employees, consultants, and contractors in a clear and professional manner
Managing Sam's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

A valid Texas Drivers license, insurance, and qualified background check
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision making
Proactivity and self-direction
Interpersonal skills
