Job Description

Part-time/ Full-time Office Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

1. Set up interviews between hiring managers and candidates

2. Organize office

3.Maintain employee records and organize documents

4.Run errands for the office or Drop off supplies

5. Assist with the Office Manager

6.Other tasks as assigned


  • Bilingual Speaking
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Computer literacy, Excel Skill, PowerPoint skills.
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize projects.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle change
  • Able to work independently and with all levels of personnel
Valid driver license and Background clearance.
