We are seeking an Office Professional to assist our Sales Professionals in our Orange County, CA office. We are looking for an individual who is available to start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES Include (but not limited to):

Order Entry
• Entering Order Tickets, Customer Order Forms, and customer payments daily Receiving & Shipping
• Unpacking received shipments daily, Prepping and steaming
• Checking in Garments

Alterations
• Entering all alteration instructions into the proprietary system
• Compiling Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and sending to Accounting Supplies/Inventory/Trunk Shows
• Maintaining office supplies
• Conducting tie Inventory twice a year
• Assisting Marketing Department with Semi-Annual Trunk Shows

Telephones/E-Mail/Mail
• Answering incoming phone calls and giving messages to Sales Professional
• Checking store e-mail daily and giving all information to the proper person(s)
• Opening and processing all mail

Bank Deposits/Errands
• Preparing bank deposit slips and taking to bank (at least three times a week)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office software and Google Docs
• Ability to to maintain high energy and great attitude while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Must possess a registered, insured vehicle and maintain a clean driving record

WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of High School and 2 years of office experience.

Details:
• Part-Time position is 20 hours per week
• Hourly pay $18.00
• 50% off company products
