Part time Quickbooks A/P and A/R Administrator / Bookkeeper
(possible full time for right candidate)

Responsibilities:
AP/AR:
⢠Daily Billing
⢠Capture and Record Proof of Deliveries
⢠Receive/Apply Cash
⢠Organize Bills for Payment
⢠Create Weekly Payable Report
⢠Write Checks as Directed
Miscellaneous Payments:
⢠Pay Credit Cards and Classify Charges
⢠Pay Expense Reports and Classify Charges
Journal Entries (minimal)
⢠Record payroll entries
⢠Other as requested due to bank transfers etc.
Administrative Tasks:
⢠Open Mail
⢠Order Office Supplies
Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Statements/Assist in simple monthly close process
⢠Process daily reports as requested by President or VP/GM
⢠Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks
Prior experience with Government billing / WAWF would be a huge benefit (but will train right resource)
⢠Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
⢠However is not required with relevant AP/AR/Bookeeping work experience
⢠Understanding of accrual accounting, journal entries, debits/credits and their effect on balance sheet
Accurate and Well organized
Diligent / Stays on task / Self Starting
Recognizes need for confidentiality due to payroll interface
No drama / Goes with the flow
Strong Work Ethic / Timely arrival / Not a lot of absenteeism (as we are a small office)

Other:
Pay commensurate with experience
Position historically has been slated for 25-30 hours per week, but could move to FT for the right candidate
Hours are flexible, but daily reporting is required for daily invoicing
⢠Position is on site/work from home is not an option
Position is eligible for quarterly incentive above base pay, PTO and Paid Holidays, 401k/Profit Sharing
⢠As a small business, group healthcare coverage is currently not provided.
