Description: 

The job is an administrative position responsible for the general clerical duties required in the office and assistant in the day to day running involved in the office. Duties to be carried out in this role include:

Answer, screen and forward phone calls

Take register of visitors and clients

Take inventory of office supplies

Ensure that reception area is clean and tidy

Update calendar and schedule meetings

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with office directives and policies

Sort and distribute communications in timely manner

Requirements for the job include:

Good organizational and time management skills

Good communication skills

Working knowledge of office equipment

Attention to detail

Ability to work under limited supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00 to $51,000.00 /year
