Part time farm labor, approximately 20 hours per week for 5 months. Additional hours are available during harvest, typically September and October. Position for suitable candidate would begin on approximately June 5th. Tasks will include, transplanting, leafing, watering, fertilizing, manual labor, harvesting. Must be able to take direction from manager and complete tasks as asked. No previous cannabis experience needed.

Must be at least 21 years of age. No Felonies or misdemeanor crimes related to cannabis. High School diploma or equivalent required. Preferred farm/ranch experience or 2 year degree in AG or botany. No cannabis experience required. We actually prefer it if you have no cannabis experience. We place more importance on work ethic and attitude and than knowledge/experience in the cannabis industry. So if you have vineyard or ranching experience please apply.
$17 to $20 depending on qualifications and work history
Farm is located approximately 3 miles west of the town of Occidental. Typical travel time from Santa Rosa is about 40 minutes. Farm is set in a beautiful coastal location with Redwood trees and a view of Tomales Bay.
