The Bilingual Recruiter is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities for hourly positions including crew members, crew leaders, irrigation technicians, and supervisors. In this role, you will build strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, can shift gears at a momentâs notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
â¢Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that they understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
â¢Source candidates using a variety of outlets, such as field work, job postings, and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
â¢Review and screen job applicants against job requirements.
â¢Coordinate, schedule, and perform phone screens for hourly positions including crew members, crew leaders, irrigation technicians, and supervisors as needed.
â¢Perform various coordinator duties that support the recruitment function.
â¢Maintain responsibility for accurate entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system.
â¢Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality always both internally and externally with our candidates.
â¢Utilization of interview guides and behaviorally targeted interview techniques.
â¢Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed (i.e. internal and external hiring events and job fairs).
â¢Develop relationships with outreach and community organizations.
â¢Support the branches by implementing retention and engagement activities.
â¢Assist branches with facilitating training as needed.
â¢Assistance with HR Generalist duties as needed.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
â¢Bachelorâs degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
â¢2+ yearsâ experience recruiting experience in a high-energy work environment.
â¢Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
â¢Bilingual in Spanish (read and write).
â¢Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
â¢Exceptional attention to detail, planning, problem solver, organizational and project management skills, with proven track record of juggling and meeting multiple deadlines and able to change direction quickly.
â¢Previous experience supporting a recruiting team a plus.
â¢Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
â¢Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
